Having recently just shot my first solo wedding, I found myself feeling a bit emotional and reflective on the drive home that night. In the lead up to the day I had more than a few moments where I thought, ‘what on earth am I doing?!’ But the thought didn’t enter my head for one second on the day itself. What happened instead, is something amazing but first you need some context to understand how amazing it is.
Welcome to the Blog
Welcome to the blog of Jamiri Photography. On here I will post updates of news, sneak peeks of photoshoots and things I've been working on as well as talking about all aspects of photography.
A couple of weeks ago I met up with Jennifer and Aaron on a Sunday morning with their children Mia and Harry and chocolate lab Jessie at Winterton for their pre-wedding shoot. It was a bright and muggy day and we were so lucky to dodge the heavy rain and thunder later in the day to get some wonderful photos! Harry was a real champ – the last time we'd met he had been a bit grumpy but after his shock of seeing the sea for the first time (!) he was all smiles, even after he sat down in the sea! Mia was gorgeous with her long red hair and really worked that camera for some fabulous shots.
